Our nations can provide the materials and expertise to restore some of the infrastructure that has been damaged in the civil unrest that has plagued your country. This includes restoration of road and rail bridges, replacement and improvement of damaged communication lines and renovation of key facilities like airports, seaports and government offices.

In return, import tariffs on all Auilerian and Personian products would be limited to a maximum of 2% and no trade restrictions not universally applied to all nations will be imposed on Auilerian and Personian products. To counter-act the one-sidedness of this trade agreement a 1.5% discount will be applied to import tariffs on top of the existing rate as determined by other agreements and national law on all raw materials produced in your nation for import into the Kingdom of Auileria and the State of Person.

the president of the changeling horde agrees to your deal and as a show of appreciation sends 100 bouquets of Black-Spotted Lucrezias, a flower that has been used as a way to seal a deal locally with the burning of its petals producing a calming aroma made to ease the nerves.

OOC:that depends on what you consider is a "drug"...if you do see it that way don't burn the petals...they make some really strong Tea, emphasis on the strong...some say the taste is like suckerpunching yourself with a lemon wrapped in a gold brick.
