Hello sir/or Madame we know that you are likely questioning what is the packet, how did it get here, and who was this from. We wish to answer these questions up front before moving on to more.

Who are we?

We are Arumcom the most prestigious private military contractors (or PMC) and currently only major one to wish to extend its power beyond the borders of our nation of origin the Changeling Horde. We were formed in the year 1979 when special operations team 294 otherwise known as "The Shadow nine" decided after being incriminated by the at the time-military hierarchy that was in control of the the nation for a number of false crimes including the assassination of the overthrown leader Bumbenk Metcharvo. In response they rallied a number of their brothers and co-led a coup with the grandmother of the current leader Chrysalis and her oppressed masses to take the government back. Within 4 and 1/2 months the militaries oligarchy was overthrown and a new government was put in place, however the Shadow Nine felt used and instead of returning to their countries armed forces they broke off and formed what is todays Arumcom.

While The changeling government has flip-floped and changed hands, we at the company have remained strong and have grown into the changeling hordes most largest and strong corporation within the nations, We have fought in around 18 conflicts across are nations diverse biomes and have established a presence across the nation both on and off the battlefield in a number of industries and fields for nearly 36 years.



How did this packet get here?

We at Arumcom Like to make things simple for the customer at a base perspective before moving on any further with a negotiator...so to make things simple we have classified all branches under 8 colors generalizing each field with the situation only to get more specific when brought to the table.

Red- Drastic efforts taken by large forces in wake of a disaster to provide stability and order to prevent chaos and fix things to the way they were before. (Provides security for key individuals and locations and enforcement of law in marked areas, works with rescue forces in saving civilians, helps direct efforts from multiple humanitarian and government groups to help, and proceeds to lead and cooperate in efforts to rebuild any sort of infrastructure loss along any other damages.

Blue- Enforcement and criminal apprehension, to keep the peace and bring justice. ( Forces are sent in to monitor crime, set up systems to prevent/stop crimes in progress, Actively take part in law enforcement, crack down on gangs in specified areas, Hunt down key individuals labeled by the government as criminals both within the nation and abroad, and finally outfit and train your police forces for duty)

Yellow- Mass efforts to clean and handle environmental pollution and waste and protect environment (we use efforts to safely collect, transport, and dispose of wastes and pollution of all kinds, takes efforts to put into place environmentally friendly services and practices with corporations and citizens , Enforces said practices under certain guidelines set by government, and protects the environment and wildlife with varying degrees of success )

Purple- Mass media and digital services (Sets up secure networks to house information, creates and edits professional websites for the client, investigates possible security breaches and handles them efficiently, spreads selected information to the people and keeps others confidential, keeps archives of all information in a clients hands, upgrades all computer and network services.)

Orange- Strange operations (Pretty much anything not illegal falling into none of the prior categories)

Green- Full Military deployment (Either in nation or abroad we will function in all locales, biomes, and situations for the benefit of your forces, We place all manner of weaponry, vehicles, and technology into the hands of experienced operators who hail from the best military and law enforcement backgrounds, We will fight your wars alongside your men troops and actively take efforts to outfit and train anyone you wish.)

White- Security (We will provide security for any interests with experienced operators, put systems in place to secure and protect, maintain these efforts until deemed unnecessary by client)

Black- Black Operations (please request the negotiator for further details.)



We finally get to the grading system on plans with 4 standards for quality present during operations.

Bronze- Bare minimum with most assets having to be acquired locally and operators provided being within 1-2 years with the company, This package is great for the cost minded individual...but we must stress results may vary and only the requested will be carried out.

Silver- Silver service is characterized with standard assets being available to experienced operators with the company serving 3-5 years. This package is a good mid ground for the cost savy and those wanting results.

Gold- Only the best with assets being the latest in technology and operators serving a excess of 6-and up years with the company in the field. This package is the best for handling a problem at a expensive cost.

Platinum- We like to present this not by what is entailed within, but rather like to declare a ultimum...You pay us this much your problem will seem to have never existed in the first place guaranteed.

*mr. white enters the room and opens a iron man 1 like briefcase that seems to store his private collection of liqouir, he proceeds to sit down and look Dominion of Compassion's leader, in the eyes as he slowly sips from his glass before placing another like in front of the leader*

Now tell me what you want, I came all the way out here for something but I seem to can't recall while I am downing my drink. he says inconspicuously as he leans in.

*under the glass is a black business card that reads in white ink when the light is reflected along the crystal glass "drink me and see how far the rabbit hole goes alice"*

I could just leave if you wish to waste my time sir giving me no clue what you truly want but at least agree to a toast before I must leave. he lifts his glass in a cheers motion.

"Before I get into the details, yes, let's toast!" Father-Saint Augustus remarks happily. Picking up the glass offered him clinks his glass to Mr. White's, and begins sipping the drink.

* within seconds Dominion of Compassion's leader begins to fall unconscious, Mr.white grab him lays him down on the couch and trys to avoid any spills from occurring*

"Your in for quite a trip" he says drinking the rest of his glass in front of his hopefully future client as he fully slips into unconsciousness.


*several hours later compassion awakes with a hangover in pitch black darkness before the room lights up revealing it to be a red office*

" Glad to see you have come too" a slightly hazy voice says in the direction of dominion.

*as clarity comes to dominion the man known as mr.white sits patiently in a cozy office chair opposite to his client, he is dressed in a classy black suit and red tie*

"Sorry for the secrecy, abduction, drugging, and well this whole affair really but it's corporate policy that all black operations are behind closed doors due to not only the secrecy of the clinet but also the nature of these services." he says drinking from a red glass of whine.

*he proceeds to pour a glass for Dominion of Compassion,*

"I rather enjoy a good drink before business, I promise this one won't contain anything that will put you out and as you enjoy that you can ask any questions you wish to." he says as he sips eyes trained on his client.

The Father-Saint sips at his glass. "Well, my first question is, what qualifies as "black operations?"

" sabotage, theft, infiltration, assassination, you name anything that might seem morally gray or requires the most confidential services and it qualifies as a black op to us" he says a bit nonchalantly like he was listing things on a grocery list.

*he seems to forget a key detail*

"Oh but no human trafficking, child soldiers, or terrorism...even we have moral standards" he says swishing the wine in his glass.

*he seems to think hard for a minute before remember a key detail on how black ops work*

"So I should clarify how it works...we put out a contract offer to contract carriers, they then find someone to do the job and using a portion of the money we give to the contract carriers they outfit and carry out the op completely outside of arumcoms jurisdiction and watch allowing these things to not incriminate the organization internationally if something goes wrong". he says trying to explain how arumcom works in all of this.

"I see! Do you mind if I test how well they operate? I'll pay the full price, of course." The Father-Saint smiled brightly. "There are some important state and military documents in a neighboring nation- that has been giving me quite a hard time- and I need those documents. they'll come in handy, should tensions ever reach a crest." Augustus smiled an icy smile, just thinking about that troublesome nation turned his stomach. "Of course, as the leader of the Dominion of Compassion, I can't be seen openly doing this, or openly contracting this job." He swished his champagne around a bit and then took another sip.

"Ok then lets move on to business". mr. black says as he places a contract out in front of him.

*he pulls out a pen and hands it to the leader*

"Listen we don't have any exact pricings or quality markings for black ops so we usually total up the final bill as such, 50% of all revenue goes to arumcom for distributing the contract to our more shady associates, they then receive 30% for the mission costs and payment of those that accept the contractor's deal and then 20% goes to the contractor who pulls it off. So payment will be calculated by the time the operation is done besides that write the objectives and targets in the blanks and sign." he says as he waits for Dominion of Compassion, decision.

Augustus writes down the name "The Kingdom of Aksum" in the space provides. In the objectives space he writes "steal top secret government and military documents." And then provides his signature.

Mr.black lets Dominion of Compassion, look it over one more time before the contract if fulfilled.

"Everything looks to be in order! As long as they get the documents and bring them back to me, that's all I'm concerned about, other than my anonymity of course!" He smiled, thanking mr. Black.

"ok then I am just going to finalize things and get this in to the right people" mr.black says as he takes the contract and sets it in the nearby drawer.

*he then clicks his fingers and one of his guards moves behind Dominion of Compassion, and using a syringe gun quickly injects something into the neck of the holy one causing him to fall to the floor paralyzed slowly lapsing into unconsciousness*

"glad to do business with you mr.compassion, don't worry the paralysis will only be temporary and the snooze will make sure you will never know where we have just met....sweet dreams." his voice grows more distorted as you slip into a deep sleep.

* Dominion of Compassion, awakes in his office later seemingly unharmed with 2 cards on his desk 1 the prior white card that was under the glass and a new card that proves fully black with the numbers 187666*

Hm.. The Father-Saint thinks to himself. I better file these cards away before someone sees them. He walks to his wall and taps the secret rhythm that opens his secret chambers, where he holds all his vital and important-to-remain-unseen files and documents. He files the cards away neatly, as he is very organized. As he exits the chamber and seals the door again, he wonders what the numbers on the card meant. Ah, probably better left alone, he chided himself, Although if this Arumcom company comes through, perhaps I can use their services more often. Resuming his seat, he calls his two head Archangel bodyguards, Cheru Bim and Sera Phim, back into his office to resume guarding him.

Is there anyway Jintopia could obtain the Platnium Purple package? I am not sure how many i will need. I have an upcoming...lets say...'thing' and i need all incriminating evidence gone. I need everything horrible, embarassing, or slightly inconvenient from my past, present, and newr future erased, deleted, roasted.

Please let me know how many Purple agents i will need and what it will cost.

*mr.white sits at his desk before the laptop seemingly stops what it's doing as a big PLATINUM REQUEST blocks the screen as seemingly a symphony goes off blareing*

"WE GOT ONE!!!" He shouts as his secretary cracks a bottle of champagne.

*he then quickly responds asking if Jin would be able to come in to negotiate terms*

*Jin opens the email from a Mr. Classified and reads his response. After some time, Jin decides it would be best to discuss this in private and accepts*

"So this is jintopia, now before we say anything more you sure you want platinum because I swear it will likely cost a ton, but be assured your problem will seem to have never happened in the first place" he says as he raises his glass while the woman giggle as they caress him.
