Syllabus
*OVERVIEW*
In this class we will be discussing the philosophical questions, posed in the Hebrew Scriptures, and their according Rabbinical commentaries, and pondering the points put forth in those commentaries. All you need for this class is a working internet connection, to be able to access sites such as Chabad.com, the Jewish Virtual Library, and online Talmuds. This class starts on September 2nd, 2015, and the semester ends on November 3rd, 2015. After the semester ends, there will be a 2 month break, after which, signups will recommence.
*GRADING RUBRIC*
Since this is a philosophy class, participation will be the biggest part of the class, at 95%, and there will be one essay, at the end of every semester of class, coming in at 5% of your grade.
