The Federal Republic of Setherainia is now accepting applications for embassies to be built in the new town of Georgian Hights in the Southern part of the Country. Where President Taylor meets with Foreign Officials from other countries. Georgian Hights was built for the idea of diplomacy with others.
I rent a place on Cornelia Street, I say casually in the car.

Email communication To: (Augustine@Setherainia.gov.net) From: Literator Stanislas Kosmaczewski, Literator of Foreign Affairs, Director of Diplomatic Corps. (Kosmaczewski@candlearchive.org)
Greetings from the Archive!
Like yourselves, out nation is a tiny one on a global scale, a mere minnow compared to those nations that have tens or hundreds of billions of citizens. It is an excellent thing for us to establish embassies, so we can stand together united where we might be insignificant alone. Is that not the purpose of the 10,000 Islands, that all may be counted together?
Sadly though, our esteemed Chancellor has deemed that budgetary constraints are limited at present, and we can't afford to establish an embassy proper. However, we would be most glad if your seat of government or diplomacy would accept a Telepresence Orb - essentially a 360-degree vision and sound monitoring device, with inbuilt projector so we can speak and be seen with you as well. This would, with your permission, be a permanent presence that absorbs sensory information from a given radius around the orb, and which would transmit said data back to the open information networks of the Archive.
If this is acceptable to you, we will dispatch an engineer as soon as possible.
As a show of good faith and trust, please accept our diplomatic endorsement within the World Assembly.
Looking forward to remembering,
Stanislas.

My thanks for your reply.
Candlewhisper is wholly pacifistic, and has never been to war in its history: indeed if you consult our military databases (which are entirely open, as is all data in our nation) you'll note that logistically we are prepared only for defence rather than attack. We also believe strongly in national sovereignty, and will not be militarily intervening for moralistic reasons in your own affairs under any circumstance.
So unless you intend to go to war with us, we shall never be at war!
Of course, as you will also note shortly, a Telepresence Sphere is a somewhat delicate piece of equipment. Were you to seek to damage it as an act of war, you would have no trouble disabling it: far less so, in fact, than shifting an established embassy!
As to the data we collect, we would of course be placing it under international public access, as is our way. This is our only warning here: we understand that not all nations are as dedicated or as devoted to information transparency as we are, and of course we are not keen to cause offence by overstepping the bounds in any other nation's culture of secrecy or confidentialities.
My advice? Put the sphere wherever it is that you want us to be able to see things: a public space, for example, or a designated chamber in the embassy complex.
If you are happy for our observation device (that has no better senses than an ordinary man) broadcasting its immediate environs, then we shall be dispatching our engineer shortly.

Our Leader wants to put the sphere in the presidential office and thanks our nation doesn't want to go to war due to a high terrorist threat in the north , our nations anti-terrorism teams are currently fighting these Monarchists. So no threats come the embassy's or Presidential Office, and we guareentee the protection of this sphere

Monarchy, eh? That's almost as bad as religion!
No offence to our monarchist and theocratic Ten Thousand Islander neighbours of course, but we in Candlewhisper are very much in favour of your political stance on this issue.
Our thanks for the honour you are offering us there, and may our nations grow to be allies and friends.
TO: Viktor Larsen, Foreign Affairs, Federal Republic of Serethainia FROM: Barak Karga, Councillor of Foreign Relations, Republic of Ranadius
Hello. We are a small, emerging nation that is looking to establish a larger presence and gain alliances. We would very much be interested in your embassy program if you are willing to have us. Upon your reply, we will send Ms. Madhuri Teke if we are accepted.
Thank you.
