Disclaimer: I dont know if this goes here as it isnt an RP thread in terms of actually RPing, this is just to gauge the interest in an RP thread.
I have been toying with the idea of creating a Heroes of Olympus Fantasy thread. These will be based off of the 10 books in the Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus series. Basically, the Greek/Roman gods have always had a weak spot for mortals and have engaged in certain actions with them. This causes half mortal/half god children called Demigods, they are usually claimed at Camp Half-Blood by their godly parent. I will include a template for character creation in the actual RP thread so refrain from posting your characters here.
This RP will start to play out in the real world, a protector will then find the group and transport them to Camp Half-Blood where the story will actually start to ramp up. I figure after everyone reaches the camp then we will start to tour the grounds and everything that goes with it.
Now, this RP can play out two ways
· Players can post their character, including their godly parent they want, in the RP thread.
· Players can post their character in the RP thread then PM me their choice for godly parent if they choose to keep the choice hidden.
· Players can post their character in the RP thread and then indicate they want me to choose their godly parent.
All of these will be accepted, meaning if there are 6 RPers there can be a combination of how they choose to reveal their parent choice. If you choose to post your choice for your godly parent publicly in your character bio then you will come in to the RP when everyone arrives at Camp Half-Blood since you have been claimed already meaning you are already at camp.
