I. Time of execution
CTE Solutions shall execute this Will and Testament exactly 1 (one) RL Calender Year after my nation has CTE'ed and no sign of life from me has been seen since.
II. Net Worth
a. CTE Solutions shall determine my assets. For this purpose, CTE Solutions shall investigate the actions the Regional Reserve is supposed to have taken after I have CTE'ed, namely the liquidation of my assets. This includes, but is not limited to, the content of my Wallet, Bank Account, IMM shares, Stocks, Shop Items, Lottery Tickets, XKI Casino credit, Uncollected Donations and any other item or possession that can be sold, retrieved or liquidated.
b. In case there is a discrepancy between the findings of CTE Solutions and the result of the Regional Reserve's actions, CTE Solutions shall put forward a case to have it rectified with the Regional Reserve Chair or (should that not lead or have led to a solution) with the Chief Executive of 10000 Islands.
c. CTE Solutions shall determine my Debts. This includes, but is not limited to, any Debt to the XKI Casino, other Islander(s)/player(s) or business(es)/corporation(s).
d. CTE solutions shall, via donation and only after adequate proof has been provided by Claim Holder(s), settle my debt(s) with the Claim Holder(s).
e. After clearing the debts, CTE solutions shall settle their own bill (2.5% of all remaining Tacos).
f. For the purpose of this Will and Testament, the result of Article II, section a. to e. shall be known as my Net Worth.
III. Distribution
a. 5% of my Net Worth shall be donated to Taco Island Charities , to do with it as they see fit. CTE Solutions shall send a Personal Message (PM) to the recipient to notify them of this donation.
b. 5% of my Net Worth shall be donated to Markanite , to do with it as he sees fit. CTE Solutions shall send a Personal Message (PM) to the recipient to notify him of this donation.
c. Should the recipient under Article III, section b. have CTE'ed before the time of execution of this Will and Testament (from hereon known as EXE.Time) that portion goes to the current Delegate of 10000 Islands. If Article III, section c. is invoked, CTE Solutions shall send a Personal Message (PM) to the recipient to notify them of this donation.
d. 90% of my Net Worth shall be used as prize money for a specifically organized lottery drawing in XKI Casino, as stipulated in the following Articles and (sub) sections;
IV. Lottery Drawing
a. The intent of this Will & Testament is to ensure that as many Islanders as possible will be engaged in our Glorious Region and XKI Casino and that as many as possible receive some Tacos as a result of this Will & Testament. To this purpose;
b. CTE Sollutions shall organize a Special Lottery Drawing in XKI Casino
b.1. CTE Solutions shall create a open-to-all thread in XKI Casino Board, titled "I will, I will.., a piece of Siuts Will!!" and have it stickyed for as long as is necessary to fully execute my Will & Testament.
b.2. CTE Solutions shall make a post in aforementioned thread in which they will tag all active Islanders that meet the requirements as stipulated in Article IV. section d.
b.3. CTE shall post in aforementioned thread an enticing message, containing:
- an explanation they are executing my Will and Testament;
- a referral link to both this Will and Testament and to The Regional Reserve Last Will and Testament board;
- an explanation of the rules of the lottery drawing
- anything else CTE Solutions deems necessary to engage as many Islanders as possible in the Lottery Drawing. This may include, but is not limited to, images, videos and music.
c. CTE Solutions shall post a message on the RMB, XKI Discord and/or any other formal 10000 Islands forum that is in place at EXE.Time, referring to the appropriate thread mentioned in section b.1. of this Article.
d. CTE Solutions shall, for the purpose of organizing the Special Lottery Drawing, abide the following rules:
d.1. Only natural persons can participate. Corporate, Business or XKI Government Accounts are excluded from participation.
d.2. Only members with a post count of at least 15 posts can participate.
d.3. Only members who were online in the two months prior to EXE.Time can participate
d.3. Members masked as Enemy Faction are excluded from participation.
d.4. For members to become a participant in the Special Lottery Drawing, the need to buy 1 lottery ticket at the price of 10 tacos, which they need to donate to XKI Casino account.
e. The prize money shall be distributed as follows:
- the winner will receive 33% of the prize money. In case of a tie, the money will be split in equal parts.
- three runners up will receive 11% of the prize money each (in total 33%). In case of a tie (more that three participants are entitled to 'second place'), the money will be split in equal parts.
- the ten participants that come closest after that, will have earned 'third place' and get 3% of the prize money each (30% in total)
- the participant who comes in last, will receive the remaining 4% of the prize money. In case of a tie, the money will be split in equal parts.
f. Prize money shall be handed to the winners via donation.
