Will anyone here be playing NationStates 2 when it comes out? Even if it costs money? I'm pretty sure I will. And if we do get enough people to play should we create a new 10000 Islands there?

I might pay for it, if it's cheap and there are enough features to convince me it's worth paying for, but I for d**n sure wouldn't migrate over entirely. I'd keep playing NS1, and play NS2 to boot.

I always liked how in this game the majority of playing was based on plotting, gathering intelligence, and organizing groups. NS2 would have to have the same focus and be cheap for me to take it up, but regardless, TSNA will always be here.

i personally wouldn't pay. i know there are people out there who will but i don't think there will be as many players interested in NS2 if you need to pay for it. I find that most pay games don't have the fanbase as free ones.
All warfare is based on deception.
Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near.
