In the past few days, a great deal of Interesting Things have happened!
In the Islands, our very own Dustwind has just become the second nation ever (throughout all of NS!) to hit one million influence! Around NS, North East Somerset picked up a Condemnation. Both of these, incidentally, are cards that the XKI Casino had picked up. Naturally, we at the Casino* thought to ourselves: why not run a raffle for these cards?
Of course, there was one problem: these cards are Epic and Ultra Rare, respectively. To really get some people's attentions, we'd need a Legendary card.
Just as soon as the thought fully formed in our heads, one of our card farming gnomes called in over the radio: she'd found a Legendary card! With that, we knew it was time to run the very first XKI Casino Card Raffle!
The theme for this raffle, loosely, is: Islanders and Commended/Condemned Nations! Nations who enter can win either a legendary card, a package of Islanders and Commended/Condemned nations, or one of the many other cards in the XKI Casino Card Hoarders collection!
The Rules
The basic rules are as follows: Tickets are 5,000 Tacos apiece. You can buy no more than 20. There won't be more than 1,000 total tickets. I'll randomly pick 5 winners. Winners can either pick a single card from the XKI Casino Card Hoarders collection, or the entire Notable Card Package (linked here). I may add to the collection, or to the Notable Card Package, or both, before the drawing.
You have until noon on Sunday, Sept. 15 to enter, and I'll draw shortly after that.
Post in the thread when you buy tickets, so that I can confirm that you meant to play this game, and that you bought the same number of tickets that you think you did!

Anyone else with a forum account may enter by paying the appropriate fee to this account.

There are three nations left, and two winners left to draw. A has 7 tickets, B has 5, and C has 3. There are 15 total tickets.
A has a 7/15 chance, B has a 5/15 chance, and C has a 3/15 chance of winning.
Nation B is selected as a winner.
For the remaining draw, A has a 7/10 chance of winning, and C has a 3/10 chance. B can't win again.
A has a 7/15 chance, B has a 5/15 chance, and C has a 3/15 chance of winning.
