XKI Free Money Casino Guidelines for Employee Gambling

If an employee of XKI Free Money Casino wishes to participate in any casino activity, the following are expected:
1. The employee will not use their position to gain any advantage over other participants.
2. The employee will provide evidence of fair play when prompted.
-Acceptable evidence includes an unbiased, respectable personage vouching for the employee and/or posts made by the employee that demonstrate
proper use of casino activities and independence from the employee’s influence. Outside evidence may be applied with discretion and reason.
If anyone believes they have substantial reason to suspect an employee of using their position to gain an advantage over other participants, they must:
1. Contact an appropriate authority such as the Casino Manager
-If the Casino Manager is the employee in question, contact the next relevant authority
2. Bring all proof of violation of the guidelines forward
-Valid forms of evidence include any incriminating message, post, or audio recording made by the accused on the XKI Proboards and/or Discord
-The evidence must show a direct breach of the guidelines to be considered valid proof of the employee’s misconduct.
-Else, if the evidence excites sufficient concern, a subsequent investigation could be warranted.
In the case that an employee has breached the guidelines, they will be dismissed from their Casino position immediately and banned from any Casino activities indefinitely.
The Casino Manager may at his or her discretion allow them to resume gambling after a six month period.
