Silvadania - 3 votes (8.33%)
Flying Eagles - 15 votes (41.67%)
Valentian Elysium - 18 Votes (50%)

Valentian Elysium is declared the winner and will be the next Senator for New Republica South.

As per NS33-1, there must be a majority of more than 50% of the votes allocated to one of the candidates before the election can be rendered conclusive.

I therefore declare a run-off election between Flying Eagles and Valentian Elysium!
