Praise The Delegate Thread

Our delegate is a tireless superhuman who does colossal amounts of work with little to no complaining. She really is the brain of XKI, and the reason it's running so smoothly. Something I've recognized is that she doesn't get the praise she deserves, so I think it's high time at the very least she gets a thread to remind her how awesome she is.

No pings please, she gets enough of those in her endless duties.

I'm not terribly involved with the government or forum community, so I can't really speak to how effective Wisch has been as a delegate - though I believe the praise given by other islanders in this thread is deserved - but I do have a lot of good memories of talking with her. She's friendly and good to be around, and I'm happy that I got to meet her.
