Status of the stewards

Hello my friends! Following some discussion between myself and the cheif executive, some changes have been made to the permissions around house stewards. Due to the low and relatively uncommon appointment of stewards, not all of this is properly defined. But as of right now, all house stewards (in this case, Escanaba, Jabberwocky, and Sorya) now have the ability to edit all threads within the house subforum. This is done due to a limitation of the proboards permission system that prevents dear CE Hakketomat from granting per thread editing permissions, leaving this our only viable solution to enable stewards to maintain their house threads. I would like to take a moment to ask that stewards restrict their editing powers to their own threads, and only the contents of the roster, leaving the rest of the op for your house intact while legal definitions for this power are drawn up and put into effect. This will likely be done with another edit to NS 324-2. You are all trusted of course, I just wanted to address this publicly and transparently to make sure everyone knows what's going on.
