TITO Knights: the back stories

Our beloved Chief Executive Markanite has begun a thread commemorating our Illustrious TITO Knights in honor of May 8, TITO day. That thread is all goodness and light, but behind every Knight is a back story, often scandalous and sordid. If you have any dirt, whether it be substantiated or not, any rumors or allusions or outright lies...this is the repository for them.

For example, it is a little known fact that Kanta Hame originated as an AI, a basic computer program preceeding Microsoft, written back in the days of DOS. That explains why he was able to recruit so effortlessly: it was automatic. Later, he was uploaded into an organic mainframe, which is where he remains.

I've heard that Hakketomat not only can see his reflection in a mirror, unlike other vampires, but also spends an inordinate amount of time in front of one. He's a well groomed vampire.

Markanite used to just be Mark. However, he was so happy after he became a Knight that he wanted to change his name to reflect his new position. Unfortunately, “Marktheknight” was already taken, so he went for the second best option. When that was taken, he went for the third best available name.
