well, i believe it is a good security measure, but i do believe if the citezins want a change, they should be allowed one, but it should be through a election like this

I think that 2.2.1. is one of the most important parts of our regional security. If not for this section of the constitution some wacko from some invader region could come in a quietly gather endorsements and Grub would have no reason to eject him but becuse of 2.2.1. he does. And besides there is no reason a person needs a lot endorsements. You only need two to make a UN proposal.

i disagree i think, yes that it is a good security measure, but i do that the people should have a say. I have never even seen a delegate election, and i think it is a good time for one

To Thewsconia:
Any so-called "wacko" can be in the UN. Any so-called "wacko" can join TITO. And any "wacko" by then can still have more than half the endorsements and maybe even illegally become delegate. How do address this loophole?
A Delegate election takes place when the current delegate decides to step down. Sort of like when a Justice decides to retire from the U.S. Supreme Court.
To Izdambodia:
If for some reason one of the "wackos" decided to drop UN status from their invader region, give it to a puppet, join the 10000 Islands, join TITO and some how get enough endorsements to replace our current delegate the second he starts ejecting nations, which is the only thing a delegate could really do to harm the region, Grub would eject that nation. That's how I address it.
