Kaom Steps Out of the Race (Del 10/04)

Due to the amount of thime this race has been going on, I feel it is best to step out. For the saftey of the region we need our new delegate ASAP. I realize Boktavia needs to step down. I ask that everyone endorse TSNA. I know he will do a great job. I will run again someday but for now we need to get or delegate in place so we can continue to grow in strength and power.
