How do you feel about invaders in general? Do you pity them, do they just make you angry or neither?

we fight them, they invade us
without them, we do nothing

though sometimes i do think that they are sometimes jerks

I just sort of pity them. I mean, these guys, in most cases, are simply lonely people who don't know any way to interact except to jerk with people. I basically consider them to be griefers. I have plenty of experience with griefers, and I can tell you, basically they either feel lonely or they feel helpless in their real life, so they attempt to dominate others in a game. They're really quite pathetic, in my opinion.

I have no pity for them, they are to be dealt with swiftly and in great numbers! They compromise everyones security! And if we don't take them out, they would find a way to compromise our security! So essitally we are protecting ourselves and others while on TITO missions.
I also like the TITO epiditionary force Idea!

I take no pity on invaders. I think they get what they deserve when they loose. You can't take over everything, you will always loose in the end. They Discuss me to be honest.

I'm kind of on the fence on whether I pity them or they make me angry (a little of both) but, in some ways, I also admire them

I know that sounds wrong, but if you really think about it, invaders have such tenacity and persistance, that they never even give up even in the face of failure. We keep beating them. and they keep trying.

You've got to admire the fact that they try

I dont admire what hey do, though, as in invasions. I think it's evil and underhanded. They're definitely the bad side of the coin.

Anyway, most times I pity them, that they keep on losing and for the most fact dont know any better.

But, as was previously mentioned, they are the Yin and we are the Yang (or the other way round, can never remember). Without them, we defenders would be out of a job and nationstates would be alot more dull especially when you have nothing to do, although Taco Island never ceases to keep me entertained

They do make me angry at times, though, especially when places like West Acron or 0000 Middle Earth 0000 and the like keep getting invaded over and over and over

I view invaders sort of like the school bully. They try and boss the smaller regions around. Just like a school bully they do this to feel bigger and badder than everyone else.

I have no pitty what so ever for invaders, they know that what they're doing is wrong even though they tell them selves over and over in their head they they are the good guys and we are the bad. We need to smash out invaders at every chance we get.

I have heard people mention that invaders are needed for this game, but I remember a time where there weren't any invasions for 5+ weeks. Is there less to do, of course, but that doesn't neccesarily make things less fun. Unfortunately, there will always be invaders, but fortunately they will never win in the end as long as we are around.

I agree with TNSA. But I believe this timescale puts it best; There was Pre TNP Invading and Post TNP raiding. The Post TNP has gotten very bitter.

I talked to MCS at length before the No Frat rule was in place. Believe me, he is not overly clever. He is intelligent, I will give you that. Clever? No. A clever man wouldn't have been so totally defeated. And he is also arrogant. The arrogance will be his downfall; if it hasn't already. He proves my earlier point. Invaders are just little children who got beat up earlier that day and want some payback. They are men and boys (almost all boys, really), who are utterly powerless in real life; the kind of people who like to hit those smaller than them just because they can't hit back, because it gives them the illusion of power some character flaw denies them amongst their peers. We are the upperclassman who beats the snot out of the bully every time he hits a little kid. But there is one danger. Ever since the North Pacific, they have grown bitter and despondent, because that was when they realized, we have the mastery. We will ALWAYS be their superior, because more people wish to stop bullies than wish to be bullies. They have grown desperate to prove, more to themselves than others, that they are still powerful. They have also grown weak. But the next time they grow strong, they will stop at nothing to win. They are weak, but we must be on our guard, nonetheless. They won't always be weak, and they will always bear a grudge.

With regards to invaders, I strongly dislike them. They tend to crash innocent regions and can split a community.

I don't, however, hate them as people.
