I was trying to look in the forum for the stances of the party's but there are too many threads. Perhaps there should be sticky's from each of the party's telling there basic beliefs.
It depends on your political views. If you consider yourself right-wing, join the UDA. The UDA is currently the largest party in the region. If you consider yourself left-wing or libertarian, join the Libertarian Party.
As a point of clarification. The Libertarian party is neither liberal nor conservative. We believe that individual rights are of paramount importance. A liberal view we support is the decriminalization of marijuana. On the other hand a conservative view is that besides providing basic needs and defense we don't need welfare programs. That's why our tax rates are so low. Bascially smaller government and letting people be responsible for themselves.

In real life: Depending on which party of which nation you belong to have different issues: The Republican Party in the USA are fairly RIght-Wing. Whereas, the Conservative Party of Canada, is Centre-Right -- compared to the Conservative "Republicans".
IE: The Republican Party (from what I gather) is againsts the legalization of Marijuana. Whereas, the Conservative Party of Canada, is for the Legalization.
