I'd been under the impression (wrongly?) that most Co9 favored EDU or the UNI becoming available to visitors, friends and non UN members to increase it's potential for interest and enrollment. Now I've learned by founder edict that will not be the case. WHY is not clear. How might EDU pose a security threat?
Does this warrant a poll to find out how many XKI forum members feel Edu should be open to non citizens,visitors,ambassadors and friends? With several of forum members non un citizens and/or friends of XKI opening the edu *might* make a difference to it's survival.

UPDATE- apparently the DOE will remain closed to non UN, BUT the University will be opened to citizens and non. This change is currently waiting on the MOE's communications. When ( and hopefully IF it happens then I'll be moving classes to the UNI.

I am again a UN, when got un-deleted they didn't put my UN status back. Had to apply again. So can go int Dept. of Education. Thought it was bigger. Nothing secret there. Only the Co9 decisions. Maybe because of that it only UN member entry.

When the Uni gets opened up there will be less of an issue i feel. I'll have to get my economics course updated again.

We can always help out. Min's had a lot on recently, but hopefully she'll be back with us a bit more in the near future. I think the MOE and Dean need to work together. Eri's helped me with the Inter-Party Debates, so i know he can help Min too.

Yeah, I offered help to Minn too if threads need to be moved etc..She told me that she had already requested that EDU be depassworded- BUT if Grub wants Eri's request, and Eri says to ask Minna...then things are goin round in circles...we'll prolly have to wait til Grub's activity level returns...
