Well I've been feeling a little creative lately... so here's what I'm thinking of proposing:
The United Nations,
Remaining a full supporter and believer in fair trials,
Hence disgusted that existing law on the subject, UNITED NATIONS RESOLUTION #21 "Fair Trial", fails to live up to its title and does not in fact guarantee a fair trial,
Concerned that resolution #21 leaves many doubts as to what a fair trial actually entails and further concerned that governments can pursue unfair trials without risk of eviction from the United Nations due to the vagueness of the wording in the resolution,
Concluding that resolution #21 is fully inadequate for its purpose, and hinders the spread of justice in the world,
Advocates more comprehensive resolution which will: -lay out clearly what a fair trial entails -promotes international cooperation to promote justice
The United Nation hereby repeals resolution #21

So that's that... go ahead and read the previously passed resolution... then give me any comments/criticism you may have... Once I get a final version... I'll pass messages to our friendly delegates and get some support for it... then submit it...

I'd suggest trying the jolt forums first. You're going to need something like 550 delegates to approve your resolution before it gets voted on, and that forum will get your resolution more exposure than any other.
